Chloe's 2nd Horse Show

Chloe got to compete in her second horse show and had just as much fun as the first. She did great and we're very proud of her. It was quite chilly this morning so all the kids kept their coats on during the show.

This year for Halloween, Chloe and I are both going to be witches. I thought she looked so cute in her new costume that I had to take some pre-Halloween pictures. Enjoy!

Yesterday I made some Halloween cookies for the neighbors and Chloe had fun frosting (and eating) her own cookie.

Chloe's First Horse Show

Hello! Sorry, I've gotten really behind in updating our blog so here is my attempt to catch up. A couple weeks ago Chloe got to compete in her first horse show in a lead-line class. She had so much fun and we were so proud of her. She's such a natural rider and looks pretty cute up there.

Today was another fantastic Saturday because I was able to be super productive with things that I can't do while taking care of two little girls. With Brad home, we were able to rent a carpet cleaner and clean all the carpet in the house. Our house is so fresh and clean now! Now with Chloe in bed, Brad and I are going to relax in front of the tv and nibble on some ice cream. Way to end the day!

       Dinner at Golden Corral for Krista's birthday. Chloe made a friend with the girl at the next table and spent the whole time dancing and jumping around with her. Once it came time to leave, they kept reaching out for each other and trying to hold hands, saying "My friend!!" So cute. We got the mom's number so they could get together sometime.

Our "bears"

Here are some fun pictures we took yesterday. We like to call our girls our little "bears" because we've always called Chloe "Chlobear" and now Claire is "Clairebear". Chloe sure seems to love having a sister.

Super Saturday

Claire and I after returning home from a fun morning at our ward's Super Saturday craft day. I made a Christmas Countdown block complete with chalkboard paint to write the days left. It was super fun to get out and have some girl time.

Claire Jane

Our new baby girl, Claire Jane, was born August 7 at 9:20am weighing 8 lbs 12 oz. We're so happy to have her!! It was a 24 hour labor (an hour shorter than Chloe's) but the delivery was super fast and easy. We came home from the hospital yesterday and have been doing great. Chloe loves her sister and loves to help out. We got some cute pictures so please enjoy!
